There are many issues that a psychologist can help you with: from providing an unbiased and non-judgemental point of view to treating long-term mental heath problems. Some people tend to associate a visit to a psychologist with disorders, however persistent emotional discomfort can arise in healthy people as well. Actually, a psychologist, apart from dealing with emotional pain and providing support in difficult life situations, also works towards improving client’s general well-being. This is how I see my professional goal: to help my clients take a step forward, improve their quality of life, reach a new level in their relationships with others, the world and themselves. Working with people from different cultures, age-groups and circumstances I seek to create the necessary conditions for development, improvement and success.

Counselling costs 80 euros. In certain financial situations the fee can be reconsidered.

    • I did a year and a half therapy with Lisa Filippova. My experience was extremely positive. Lisa helped me deal with my emotional imbalances and mood swings by training me to observe, analyze and ultimately deconstruct old mental loops that were preventing me from functioning in society and on a personal level. She's a great professional therapist and I'd recommend her to anybody who needs cognitive/behavioral/emotional psychotherapy.
