There are many issues that a psychologist can help you with: from providing an unbiased and non-judgemental point of view to treating long-term mental heath problems. Some people tend to associate a visit to a psychologist with disorders, however persistent emotional discomfort can arise in healthy people as well. Actually, a psychologist, apart from dealing with emotional pain and providing support in difficult life situations, also works towards improving client’s general well-being. This is how I see my professional goal: to help my clients take a step forward, improve their quality of life, reach a new level in their relationships with others, the world and themselves. Working with people from different cultures, age-groups and circumstances I seek to create the necessary conditions for development, improvement and success.

    • Working with Lisa has helped me tremendously. I have severe anxiety and I tend to be a little out of touch with things however working intensively with Lisa over the last year has been extremely therapuetic. Unfortunately I do not live in Spain so I can only come once or twice a year to see her, however with intensive individual sessions of dance therapy we have made a lot of progress. She is very professional and knowledgable. Initially it was very difficult for me to start the therapy because the format is different than I am used to but Lisa worked with me to become comfortable and to move forward. In the end I have become more grounded, Lisa gave me great tools and exercises to practice on my own so as to not lose the progress we have made. I hope to come back to Barcelona to work with her again and I highly suggest it to anyone.
